The dual-stage boom configuration allows vertical height adaptation to match roadway dimensions, preventing interference with anchor rods, roof support cables, and overhead strata. This ensures collision-free operation across varying cross-sectional heights during maintenance and repair activities. The telescoping boom cylinder utilizes an integrated design with protective shrouds, effectively shielding hydraulic components from impact damage during dynamic operations. 

A space-optimized hydraulic system features pipelines strategically routed along both sides of the boom, armored with heavy-duty hose sheathing for extended service life in abrasive conditions. The high-pressure hydraulic architecture delivers enhanced bucket excavation capabilities through superior breakout forces. Precision-engineered hydraulic couplings ensure leak-resistant sealing integrity across all circuit connections. A semi-enclosed operator compartment marries optimal visibility with reinforced structural integrity, incorporating a height-adjustable modular canopy for rapid deployment or removal as operational needs dictate. 

The power module adopts a centralized, space-optimized layout with impact-resistant cladding to mitigate damage from falling debris, supplemented by a forced-air cooling mechanism for sustained thermal management. A 360°-capable breaker hammer provides omnidirectional rock fragmentation coverage without operational blind spots, enabling multi-role functionality as both excavator and demolition unit. The electro-hydraulic drive system operates with reduced acoustic signature and emission-free performance, specifically engineered to meet stringent environmental requirements in underground metal mining operations.
