Product Advantages
Featuring a milling head, this machine is capable of operating during the boring of coal or semi-coal tunnels (with a hardness grade of 4F), eliminating the need for gunning.
It comes with a quick coupler, allowing for the interchange between the bucket and milling head during rock tunnel excavation. After blasting, the digging bucket is employed for slag loading, thus achieving the goal of dual-purpose functionality with a single machine.
The key hydraulic components utilize a German-imported spur gear gearbox, powered by a high-torque hydraulic motor. This configuration ensures the milling head can handle more harsh, high-load operating conditions. Additionally, the machine is fitted with internal spray and high-pressure external spray devices, delivering excellent dust suppression performance.

Product Introduction
The Electric Roadheader is a high-efficiency continuous mucking equipment. It is mainly used for mucking operations in mine coal tunnels, semi-coal tunnels and earth tunnels, and can also be applied in diversion tunnels and railway tunnels. It significantly improves the mechanization level and advancement speed of mine development, making construction operations safer and more efficient.
The Electric Roadheader is suitable for narrow tunnels with a large slope, where the cross-section is larger than 2.8×2.5 (machine dimensions are customizable, so the applicable cross-sectional area is also adjustable) and the slope is ≤20°.
It features large raking force and strong loading capacity. It adopts sealed sliding crawlers, which allow convenient tension adjustment for loading and ensure a long service life. The special bucket teeth for mining excavators are sturdy, durable and have good interchangeability.
The conveyor can unload rocks from its tail into transfer equipment such as dump trucks, mine cars, conveyer belts and skips. (The unloading height can be designed according to user requirements.)
It adopts a hydraulic pilot control system combined with high-efficiency hydraulic valves. This setup speeds up the movement of the boom, arm and conveyor, achieving excellent composite operation performance and ensuring optimal performance even under harsh conditions.
It is equipped with a medium-high pressure hydraulic system, featuring symmetrical left and right oil circuits and comprehensive system protection.
The equipment accessories have strong interchangeability, enabling the replacement between an electric Roadheader and a breaker. This allows targeted operations in earth tunnels and rock tunnels, improving work efficiency and expanding the application range.
It operates smoothly with accurate lifting and positioning, offering a wide raking range and fast material conveying speed. It has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection, high efficiency and super energy-saving, fully complying with human-machine function design. It fills the gap in mechanized mining for small and medium-sized mine tunnels with large slopes.
